What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that schedules change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our therapists:

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule with no fee
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 12 hours / No-show: Full service charge

How many sessions of lymphatic drainage do I need?

The number of sessions varies based on individual goals:

  • Post-surgery: 6-10 sessions recommended
  • General wellness: 3-6 sessions for optimal results
  • Maintenance: Monthly sessions thereafter

Your therapist will recommend a personalized plan during your first visit.

Some treatments are safe during pregnancy, while others are not recommended:

  • Avoid: Red light therapy, sauna blanket, body contouring

Always consult with your doctor before booking any treatment during pregnancy. Please inform us when booking.

What should I wear to my appointment?

For most treatments, we recommend:

  • Loose, comfortable clothing
  • Easy to remove shoes
  • Bring a swimsuit for body contouring treatments

We provide robes, towels, and lockers for your convenience. You'll have privacy to change before your treatment.

How do mobile services work in GTA?

Our mobile services bring the spa experience to your home:

  • Serving all GTA areas including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham
  • Travel fee applies based on distance (starting from $20)
  • We bring our portable massage table and all equipment
  • Please allow a clean, quiet space for your treatment

Mobile appointments require a minimum 2-hour booking window.
